2G 3G Auto Toggle on Android, is it possible?

Running your android phone on 3G network may drain your battery quickly. Somehow, you think that its possible to change into 2G network automatically.

Then, you look for those applications on playstore, but they only offer manual toggle between 2G and 3G. Thus, battery saver applications can only turning on and off the network connection.

So, what can you do?

What you need to have on your android phone are:

1. Your phone must be rooted
2. Install Xposed installer. Link here http://repo.xposed.info/module/de.robv.android.xposed.installer
3. After you install Xposed installer, pick 'Download' and then look for GravityBox. Pick download the newest version and install it.
4. Go back to the front page of GravityBox and pick 'Framework.' Touch Install/Update to activate Framework on your android phone.
5. After that, do not reboot your system first. Go back to the front page and pick 'Modules.' Checklist GravityBox and you may reboot your system.

Effective Rooting Galaxy Chat by using key root master

Have you been flashing your galaxy chat B5330 by using Odin to get root access and unfortunately you failed. You've been wondering why is it failed and asking a lot of questions to many forums (including XDA), still no luck to find the answer.

Well, in this post, I will show you how to get your galaxy chat rooted without using PC or Odin. What you need is only a very small application. Here's how:

1. Download the application: key root master (if you have a dropbox account, you just need to save to your account-get your dropbox account for free here!)
2. Install the application on your android smartphone or tablet
3. Access the application and you will see the status of your phone whether the application can be used to root your smartphone/tablet or not. The application is using Indonesian/Chinese language. Just click "Mulai Root" to begin your rooting process
4. Wait for the process until two buttons appear. Click the purple button (batal) to finish the process
5. Exit and check by using root checker to know the status of your phone rooted or not.

After your galaxy chat phone is rooted, you will feel the difference. The performance is a bit faster. Finally, you could do a lot of things to your galaxy chat.

Getting your first android phone!

On my first post, I would like to share to you about getting your first android phone. 

Why android? Its a smartphone, it could do a lot of things that you couldn't imagine and if you have a very low budget, many cheap android phones in the market that you can choose.

Why not Iphone, blackberry or windows phone?

These smartphones are terrific from a low spec to the higher spec one. However, these patent brand of smartphones (OS) are not always satisfying the users. When the prices are higher you will end up dissapointed with the phones especially when it becoming unpopuler phone as the low spec phone is always has a very limited capability not like cheap android phone.

So?

Yes, having android or any kind of smartphones have their own weaknesses. But if you wish to get a cheap high spec phone, then you will consider to buy a cheap android phone. Otherwise, if you just want to use what the smartphone can offer to you, a patent smartphone would suit your need even though the phone is a low spec one.
